➢ Strengthening Faisalabad’s IT Backbone
My work is focused on one clear objective: positioning Faisalabad as a central force in Pakistan’s technology economy through institutional, not symbolic, development. This initiative is aligned with the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) framework to ensure regulatory clarity, long-term continuity, and national relevance. The goal is not to create another collection of offices, but to establish a structured environment where serious IT companies, product builders, and next-generation technologies can operate at scale.
This effort is grounded in hard initiatives — formal STZA alignment, ecosystem governance, talent anchoring, and continuous leadership engagement through closed-door CEO forums, technical seminars, and execution-focused knowledge sessions. By concentrating decision-makers, builders, and capital within a single framework, the project aims to shift Faisalabad from a peripheral IT contributor to a strategic command point in Pakistan’s digital economy.
The long-term outcome is measurable: retained talent, exportable intellectual property, globally competitive technology firms, and a city that moves from supporting Pakistan’s economy to shaping its technological direction.
